SPECIALIZING IN WINDOW DECOR
Custom Window Cornices
Finish Your Window With A Cornice
Cornices add beauty and function to any room. Use them along with a window treatment to hide hardware and room imperfections—or simply to add style and character. At Windo VanGo, we specialize in creating bespoke window toppers that provide a 'magazine-ready' finish by framing your windows and adding visual height to any space in Broomfield, the Denver Metro area, and mountain towns around Breckenridge.
Custom Window Cornices: The Finishing Touch
Transform your windows from basic to beautiful with the structural elegance of a custom cornice. Windo VanGo has a variety of wood and fabric cornices available to help you transform your windows.
-
Conceal Hardware & Motorization: Cornices are the ultimate solution for hiding brackets, cords, and motors, especially popular for Hunter Douglas PowerView® Automation components.
-
Architectural Interest: A well-placed cornice can make a window look larger and a ceiling look higher, adding 'architectural weight' that soft valances can't match.
-
Energy Efficiency: By blocking the light gap at the very top of your window, cornices help prevent 'light leakage' and provide an extra layer of insulation against drafts.
-
Eliminate Imperfections: A custom-fitted cornice provides a perfectly level, clean horizontal line, hiding uneven frames or wall imperfections.
Our Styles & Materials
We offer a wide variety of finishes in our Broomfield gallery to match your home’s specific aesthetic:
-
Wood Cornices: Crafted from 100% real wood, including the popular Hunter Douglas Parkland® collection. Choose from profiles ranging from sleek and modern to ornate and traditional.
-
Fabric-Wrapped Cornices: For a softer look, we create custom-padded cornices wrapped in luxury fabrics to coordinate with your existing furniture or drapery.
