Convenient Drop-Offs

You can bring in your shade for repair anytime during regular business hours—no appointment necessary. We’ll take a look, diagnose the issue, and let you know what to expect. Most repairs are completed within 2 to 3 weeks, and we’ll reach out if it’s ready even sooner.

If you originally purchased your window treatments from Windo VanGo, give us a call to schedule a technician for an in-home repair visit. Please note that at this time, we are not able to offer in-home repair services for shades purchased elsewhere.
