Custom Solutions for the Alpine Climate
Life in Summit County is defined by the elements—from the 'Bluebird' days on the slopes to the sub-zero winter nights. At this elevation, UV intensity is roughly 25% higher than at sea level, making window treatments your home's first line of defense against interior fading and heat gain.
As a family-owned specialist, Windo VanGo curates a collection specifically for the mountain environment. We focus on Duette® Honeycomb Shades for industry-leading insulation and Silhouette® Window Shadings to soften the harsh mountain sun without obscuring your view of the Continental Divide. Discover why discerning homeowners from Silverthorne to Breckenridge trust us to protect their investment and enhance their alpine lifestyle.

High-Altitude Insulation & Alpine Style
At 9,000+ feet, window treatments are more than just a design choice—they are critical for home comfort.

Duette® Honeycomb Shades: Our most popular mountain solution, featuring a unique honeycomb structure that traps air to provide superior insulation against sub-zero winter nights and warm summer days.
-
Vignette® Modern Roman Shades: Combine sumptuous fabrics with elegant folds for a tailored look that adds warmth to cozy mountain interiors.
